If you're printing brochures for a home care agency, running a Wayfair catalog request fulfillment, or even churning through envelopes for the 100 envelope challenge, the bond between materials matters more than most people realize. I've seen a beautiful 200-page catalog completely ruined because the spine adhesive failed in shipping. That was a $22,000 redo — and it delayed a product launch by two weeks.
